It doesn't feel like being sold to. It feels like being understood.

Eli's approach is unhurried and honest — practical guidance for individuals, families, and business owners, delivered at the pace your life actually allows. No pressure, no pitch: just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

Four kinds of work

Who are you here for?

Pick the one that sounds most like you. Each kind of coaching has its own focus — and its own next step.

Confidence, clarity, and direction for your next chapter.

Coaching, not therapy

Where coaching helps — and where it doesn't

Therapy typically focuses on processing the past and healing emotional wounds. Coaching is forward-focused — we work on where you are now and where you want to go. I help you build clarity, accountability, and action. If deeper therapeutic work is needed, I'll be upfront about that.

Coaching vs therapy — and when to seek more

Coaching with Eli Zians is not licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or social work. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure

Step 1

A free intro call

The intro call is free and completely pressure-free. We'll talk about where you are right now, what's not working, and what you're hoping to change. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether coaching with me is the right fit — and I'll be honest with you either way.

Step 2

Sessions that go deep

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. This gives us enough time to go deep without losing focus. Some clients prefer 30-minute check-ins once a rhythm is established — we can discuss what fits your situation.

Step 3

A cadence that fits

Most clients meet weekly, especially at the start. As you build momentum and clarity, some clients shift to bi-weekly. We'll find a cadence that works for your life and goals.

Coaching isn't a quick fix — it's a commitment to doing things differently.

Both. I work directly with teens one-on-one, and I also work with parents to help them understand and better communicate with their child. Many families benefit from a combination of both approaches.
